GRIEF ACTIVITIES

Exploring grief through small and large group activities with grief facilitators help campers explore their perspectives on grief with campers their own age.

COPING SKILLS

At Camp Hope we introduce campers to activities that they can use in daily life to cope with big emotions.

COMMUNITY

Meeting campers their own age who have also experienced a death helps to develop friendships and a sense of community.

FUN

Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and beach activities helps round out the day of heavy grief activities.
